Since the release of the first Sturmanskie watches in 1949 and to the present day, these watches have been designed and manufactured at a production facility located in the very heart of Russia — in Moscow, 10 minutes away from the Kremlin. Nowadays what used to be the First Moscow Watch Factory is a compact production facility in the same place.
The team consists of the best watch specialists in Russia: engineers, technologists, designers and members of the finest watchmaking dynasties.
Throughout its half-century history, Sturmanskie has confidently held its place among the leading makers of wristwatches.
Design
Making the legendary Sturmanskie watch requires great care. A project begins with sketches, and then the design concept is born. Each collection of our watches reflects an era in the development of Soviet and Russian cosmonautics.
That is why we so carefully consider the exterior features and the dimensions of each piece, as well as the ease of maintenance and use. We then select top quality materials and a movement, and finally move on to making the first pilot model.

Assembly and quality control
At our facility watches are assembled by the best watchmakers in Russia. Sturmanskie watches are assembled by hand, and this confirms their exclusivity and exceptional precision. Thanks to the manual assembly and thorough testing we achieve a high quality of our watches. Each watch we design and assemble undergoes strict stage-by-stage reliability control.
